Hello everyone I am hoping that someone may be able to shed some light on a couple of problem trucks we have been asked to look at.

They are both Atlet PL200 but that is all the information available as the trucks are in a nasty environment and now covered in fiberglass dust and we cant find anything else.

I managed to scratch away the display panels enough and one has a fault code of AL65 and the other of AL91, both display red LEDs after initial check.

The trucks have been abused and are only left on charge 1 or 2 hours before being used again for 24 hour periods.

All Batt cells are filled above the plates and on start up display 4 green LEDs.

Any help is much appreciated and many thanks in advance.
