always start with the basics. Is the timing belt turning the cam? Not sure where the cam sensor is but if it is off the cam then you need to verify it is getting a pulse. Verify the sensor has all the correct voltages via the book. most likely grd, 5v, and sense voltage. If no codes, then it is mechanical in nature.
