Here we go again, in 2009 and 2010 I replaced head gaskets on this Z24 twice with approx. 200 to 400 hours on it. In 2011 had engine rebuilt and lasted till 2012 with 300 hrs. Sent eng back to rebuilders and checked it over and replaced cylinder head. Now 2013 and 400 hrs gasket blown again, sent back to rebuilders and same problem. All checks out with set and advance timing, correct plugs and OE gaskets, new head bolts and retorqued.
Am I missing something or is this a common issue with the Z24 engines ?
