Here we go again, in 2009 and 2010 I replaced head gaskets on this Z24 twice with approx. 200 to 400 hours on it. In 2011 had engine rebuilt and lasted till 2012 with 300 hrs. Sent eng back to rebuilders and checked it over and replaced cylinder head. Now 2013 and 400 hrs gasket blown again, sent back to rebuilders and same problem. All checks out with set and advance timing, correct plugs and OE gaskets, new head bolts and retorqued.
Am I missing something or is this a common issue with the Z24 engines ?

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
