Remove the R clips from under the front edge of the seat squab lift the seat squab up and check wiring connector at the rear of the seat squab underneath the backrest you might be able to get to it by access to the rear of the drivers backrest from behind the seat,
The cable is sometimes stretched here and the connector parts this is worth checking out.
