ONE thing I would do is clean ALL the connections at the components...all those little buss bars that connect the 2 and 5 recs to the spider block and to the reactor clean ALL the corrosion off them and any wire terminals also...also the connections at the capacitor

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
