motor Toyota 5P

Those are the 3 parts for a common Impco fuel system. The only thing missing are the hoses.
Depending on what is wrong with the hydraulic valve, it might be repairable. The seal kit is Toyota # 04671-20340-71. A hydraulic repair shop can do that.
A Toyota dealer or someone who specializes in forklifts should be able to get any parts you need. The dealer can let you know the model year by the serial number. It's old.
