without a full model number nobody can give you specific accurate information, these trucks came with either a F3L 913 G diesel engine or a Renault F3R 262 or a Perkins 903.27. Not knowing the specific engine it has makes it hard to give you information.

also from the looks of it the H16T is only specified in the 391 series not the 351. Could you have possibly read the dataplate incorrectly?
