Would this be a Continental F226 motor? I am having a hard time finding parts for it. If you have the pn for the cap and rotor that would be great as well. I cant seem to find any markings on the fuel mixer. Its crudded up to all **** I am sure they're there some where.

here is the fuel mixer.

I am unsure of what that secondary linkage arm is doing. it doesn't seem to be connected to anything but a tension spring up by the radiator. It doesn't really move much when the throttle peddle is pushed.
