Hey guys- working on above unit- serial # Y685-0122-7575- has 2 issues-

First- this has the Perkins diesel- does anyone know where the engine breather is? There's a hose running from the valve cover to the engine oil pan, but that's all I see. Crankcase pressure is pushing oil out everywhere.

2nd- this has a 2 speed auto trans. Trans works perfectly when cold. When warm trans has almost a 2 stage engagement of forward & reverse. When changing direction or using the brake (which automatically engages the inching spool), trans initially engages slightly. If you raise the engine RPM & then let off the throttle, as the engine returns to idle the trans then drops fully into gear. Trans then acts as normal, pulls good with no slippage. Trans fluid is up to spec & as pink as could be with no burnt smell. If the parking brake is used to stop unit- trans works as normal- no slippage. If you do use the service brake &/or change direction, & keep the engine at idle, trans won't fully engage. If you keep the engine RPM elevated above idle (even slightly), trans also won't fully engage. The only trick to full engagement is bumping the throttle. Any thoughts? Anyone have a manual on the trans? Any help is greatly appreciated
