Thanks Swoop,

I do have the manual for this truck and SW1 was setup the same as the original card before it was installed ( only dip sw 2 on all others off ). I also went through the setup options and they are all set to default settings, I did not find any setup options to change from contactor to chopper or vise versa. The manual refers to the SW1 dip switch but tells you to see table 3-35 for settings, that page is the setup options table with no mention of the dip switch SW1. The manual also states that there are 5 different logic card models:
1= 36V - Contactor
2= 36V - Chopper
3= 36V - Chopper EE
4= 48V - Contactor
5= 48V - Chopper

The only difference I could find between the original card and the one TVH sent us was the part number printed on the edge of the circuit board.
#16A50-04401 = Original board
#16A50-04402 = New board from TVH

You can see from the info above why I am thinking they sent the wrong card but it also makes since that the configuration could be changed in the setup options or with dip switches. Some times what made since to the design engineer leaves us service techs scratching our heads.
