I know this thread is rather old! But you do need to separate the mast & operators platform from the tractor. I have all the info at hand if you still need it.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
