The battery is new and charged with no bad cell's.
Checked all of the wiring under the battery, motors and control panel.
The truck is dry also.
I will post a serial number when I get to work in a few hours.

There is one thing here that is strange and that is that the battery indicator on the dash never goes to full, it is a few bars down from full. When the key is turned on all bars on the dash come on, so I know they are not burned out.
The battery voltage is set correctly.

By the way, this truck has a AC2 Zapi controller for the drive and pump. Pump motor is DC as it has brushes.

Fact of the week
In Germany, the 9th of November is sometimes called Schicksalstag, the "Day of Fate" because it has been the day for several major historical events, including the horrors of Kristallnacht in 1938 and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
