We have a Yale MPB040E electric pallet jack. The handle was damaged at one point and we ordered a replacement handle. We put the pallet jack on a pallet and placed it up high and out of our way until we had time to work on it. When we had time we pulled it down and noticed that now the batteries were dead. Ordered batteries and replaced and tried the jack. No go! The unit powers up and 4 green lights power on with what looks like a slide rule (?) and shows EP107, then red light flashes and AL01 appears. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Where can we get a service manual?
