ESOP is employee stock ownership plan. What that means that every year you work there they give you company stock at the end based on earnings. after 3 years with the company you are considered fully vested which means you can have access to the stock if you retire or something. is it that far from where I'll be to Cannock? google earth said about an hour but I am sure you know better. I am assuming the pay rate is in british pounds. Maybe we can figure a way to get together when I am there or you have others who may bewilling to chat
