E121 = Steering safety relay deactivated due to incorrect voltage in drive stage or communication error with master processor.
Check the A5 card ( big silver card under the armrest panel.
Unplug all the connectors & reconnect them as a dodgy contact can throw this error code.
Also check the 30 amp blade fuse inside the motor compartment.
