code 65 indicates a faulty dsw setting
replacing the logic card i presume?
the dsw settings have to do with truck type and these settings will have to be programmed into the new logic card to make this code go away and let the truck run.

dsw 2, 3 and 8 settings are not correctly set for truck type so logic shuts truck down and error's out code 65

hopefully you have the old card still?
remove the cover and make sure the dsw switchs are set the same on the new card
DSW2:on DSW3:on = 2.0 ton class
DSW2:off DSW3:on = 1.8 ton class
DSW2:on DSW3:off = 1.6 ton class
DSW2:off DSW3:off = error (code 65)

DSW8:on = FC control
DSW8:off = MC control

if you dont still have the old card then these settings above may be of some help

good luck

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
