This is the aux manifold on the carriage. If you're standing on the lift, looking at the back of the reach carriage at eye level, it is facing you on the other side of the reach cylinder. This valve is not pictured in the service manual but in the parts manual it is referred to as a pressure control valve, pt# 1076556/002.

The valve is actually blown out at a 45 degree angle and stuck there. The threads in the block have obviously been damaged so the whole manifold will have to be replaced before any pressure tests can be conducted.
