Pull the battery
Pull the battery rollers - they will fall out
Pull the forks off..
Plug/Cap hyd tank, drive unit, brake reservoir.
Secure the carriage to the mast - hard banding AND chains - it will want to slide
Chain/Hard Band the mast sections.
Chain bend the lift chains to the mast - they can get sloppy and break a windshield
Put the cradle on the truck standing up, chain and hard strap/band again AND then lower to the floor. make sure you have lift equipment that can handle the weight and that you have lots of free floor space!
