UP Date on OP:
Well I got the head gasket today from PaPE equipment and it is the label says it is a Hyster product.
Maybe Hyster also uses the Mazda 3L HA diesel engine. I won't know if this is the correct head gasket until I pull the head. About all I can do now is count the head bolts and maybe take some measurements.
Their aren't any torgue specs/sequences instructions with it and I haven't had any luck finding that info.
