make sure your chains are adjusted correctly
outside chains need to be adjusted so inner mast is level with 2nd stage mast at top
if you are not getting fault 816 it is most likely encoder
you can check encoder counts in analyzer 2
the new encoder is not too hard to fit if you follow the instructions, check your build date against instructions
i have never had to weld brackets, just some wiring changes
