Hi,

Description: - "FPS OK" signal (0V) is not switched by the traction and pump controller (FPS)
within 7s after "truck ON"; fault class 2.
Reaction: - All functions are disabled except steering.
Cause: - Open circuit between X1.8 (FPS) and X1.30 (FZS).
- The FPS detected a fault during run-up after "truck ON".
- The FPS detected a fault during operation.
- Faulty FPS or FZS.
Remedy: - Check the wiring.
- Observe additional fault numbers of the FPS and apply remedy depending on the
fault number.
- Check whether FPS 0V signal switches at X1.8. If it does, replace the FZS. If it does
not, replace the FPS.
Good luck
