I was looking at one of these today and it had the hose bracket mounted to the 2 holes right under where the chain anchor mounts. The bracket is a U shaped and the long mast hoses come down along side the chain and loop under the U shaped bracket from the rear and head up on the front side. They stop about 2-3" above the lower fork bar and are pointed up. They are about a inch behind the fork bar and 2-3 inches above it, very easy to access.
