Hi everyone I have a question. On our order picker model 550-OPC30TT, serial 550-08-A07452. I test drove it and while turning all of sudden it stop on me and started shaking. I took it to the shop and while someone was steering for me, I noticed some jerking, could this be a possible pivot ring or a bad encoder on the steering motor I did the test and it went from 0-255 like expected.
