i decided to remove this commentary, some folks just like to pick things apart and take them out of the context they were meant for.

So in short i'll just say that i work for a great company period. Nuff said.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
