Barloworld is a product of their own micromanagement. They came in with the program, One time fix, then took all our parts of our vans. Hard to fix anything without parts. I look forward to the opportunity to see what Lift One actually allows the techs to have. It's really bad when the competitor has parts for the Hyster you don't. When the Fortis truck came out, tried to stock a starter, alternator, and belt... was told I showed no usage so it wasn't necessary. Customer has to wait overnight because they are 60 miles from the branch. In this area, Yale isn't the biggest competitor.
