Mike, It's nice to see you're positive comments towards your fellow dealers.I guess nothing changes.
Had any such contact from this particular CROWN user came to the attn of the local dealer he would most certainly be given a quote because this is a modification and requires a CROWN modification request which can only be done through a CROWN dealer.
It is a kit but is quite more expensive on the SP3000 than the SP3200 and most customers opt to upgrade the truck rather than perform the modification.
Now the question of the Crown running on Rayguide is easy to answer,it runs better on the Raymond line than most Raymonds machines and the Crown system is by far the most user friendly for calibration and set up.
Now in saying that I'm not trying to insult Raymond, this is only my opinion.
I generally like to have at least some of my facts straight before I post comments here.

Have a great day Mike (Have your cust call me and I'll take care of him)

The bitterness of a poor repair remains long after the sweetness of low price is gone.

Fact of the week
The word "robotics" was coined by Russian-born American science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov who first used the word in 1942 in his short story 'Runabout'. He characterised robots as helpful servants and as "a better, cleaner race."
