Inquiring if anyone has had issues with this type of machine with a Z24 engine. We have installed muliple head gaskets( usually coolant leaking into one of the cylinders)
Had the head checked and shaved, using brand name Fletpro gaskets.
Most recent complete engine rebuilt, lasted 200hrs , same prob with indications of valve stem scoring near the seat area and sealing ring on#3 cyl head gasket on the verge of blowing out. Using factory recommended spark plugs, timing and head torque, retorquing head after operation.Emmisions dialed in
Rad is recored for any cooling issues, no exhaust restrictions
Head bolt have plenty of thread /not bottoming out.
