I own a '99 Yale ERC040. The truck will go in fwd and rev fine, the power steerig will make the contacts chatter if you turn too quickly and trying to use the mast will make the contacts chatter all the time. A repair company came out and said the battery is shot. However, it has 36 volts, takes a charge and all the cells have correct voltage. The tech never looked past the battery and I'm assuming if the other functions work how could the battey be bad. Any suggestions?
