generally, to move these tall narrow aisle trucks, you don't so much remove the mast as you cover the hydraulic tank's breather/fill cap with a solid plate and then you use another 2 forklifts [or overhead crane and forklift] to lay down the forklift and mount it to a wooden cradle that will keep the mast and carriage form shifting in transit.
