Don't want to throw water on your enthusiasm but I bought and sold used equipment.
If there were " used, young, work perfect, low price machines" readily available - they would not be
1. for sale in any quantity (unless a dealer is being liquidated) , as dealers would keep them to sell in the "second hand" market at a good profit margin.
2. They would not be available at a "low" price.

In a nut shell, your requirements are like finding "hens teeth"
