I agree with the last poster. Every time you feel a pulse it seems the patient goes back into a coma.Yesterday a customer called and wanted a price on relocating some rack to another warehouse.I arranged for a site inspection and mentioned that I would need to see the new place for offloading the truck and getting in with the forklift."What you need all that equipment? And you'll have to rent it? No it's going to be to expensive! Click....." What did she think I was going to do provide all this for free? That's the kind of mentality in our area.
