Guys,

Take 10 minutes and go to their corporate site and you will see the deal is already done. They sold to one of their partners but retained a 51% stake. The bg issue was the 4.9 billion they paid for Bobcat and Indy Rand...They have some serious debt and this will help them out. They are not getting out of the Lift Truck business yet.
