i have just the one truck so far that this has been showing up on, someone at the shop i work for suggested maybe the MAF sensor is getting dust/dirt on it if the truck is in a dusty enviroment. Could also be if the operator runs it till the tank emptys out and dies? This truck also only has about 1000 hrs on it. Think a couple of our other techs have a few trucks with this problem also. Some seem to show up after a tank change.
