Hi Mates;
I believe, if I may,I like to put my two pence into this discussion Mates. Not having eyes on the ground in the UK, but it seems to me I was hearing this same gloom and doom talk from the codger fifty years ago. Don't know of any UK Jungheinrich dealers but we have seen what has happened to Jungheinrich dealers in the States. Did the Jungheinrich product up and disappear in the States? The answer is NO it just reinvented the wheel and joined forces with MCF of Houston, TX - USA. Not knowing what is going on in the board room at Nissan, Tokyo - Japan. I've seen a large number of changes that have happened in the power industrial truck market world wide. Let's take this way we are carrying on this conversation. We need to keep in the forefront, that a manufacturer who doesn't keep their eyes and ears tuned, often find themselves on the outside looking in. So, the point I am making, keep the conversation going and just maybe your voices will be heard.

Brothers Adolf ("Adi") and Rudolf ("Rudi") Dassler split their shoe company after WWII due to a bitter feud, and established the rival companies of Adidas and Puma. Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
