How about not taking anything out except the ring gear? Remove the seat, radiator, exhaust pipe, air filter hose, and fan. Remove hoses to the pump. If the pump is behind the motor, I guess you have to take it off. Remove the bell housing, motor mount, and torque convertor bolts. Leave everything on the motor, just support the motor and trans. as needed. Pull motor back, hopefully 6", but 4" can work. Reach in there and take the flywheel off. Try to be done in time to knock off for lunch early :-)
