Yep, Rodolfo S. called me in 1986 when I went to work for Mitsubishi in Houston, TX & explained that AC shutdown the lift truck operation in SLP & the government of Mexico lifted the import duties on lift trucks & he had 10 dealers that needed a lift truck line. We made an agreement - I was UDIMACs primary contact - we grew the business from zero Mitsubishi in Mexico to more than 600 units per year in 5 years. Visited Mexico often, always enjoyed my visits, the cervesas, no sleep at night & a stay at Vista Hermosa.
