NEVER powerwash an electric forklift truck.

You may have destroyed the control card by doing this.

What happens when you drop your computer in the bathtub? Don't ask me how I know the answer to this.

You have likely (but not certainly) caused thousands of dollars in damage to your forklift's sensitive electronics. We can provide the description for code 71 but the whole truck will need to be gone over now to ensure all moisture has been removed before replacing components. If the code is still there in any case you will need a specialist to examine your truck, this is far beyond the skill level of an owner/operator.
