Open in the steer power circuit
The electric steer manager is not reading the steer motor current properly.

Run test A22

Odds are it's either the steer motor or the gear on the bottom. If you jack up the truck and wiggle the steer disc on top of the motor does it turn? If it doesnt then check the gear on the bottom of the steer motor.. If thats OK odds are its the steer motor.
