I am a big fan of keep a low profile as out of sight out of mind has been my way to keep management happy for years. I spoke with the union rep. today and explained the whole situation to them and his response to this whole thing is the company can go pound sand. Legally I did nothing wrong by using my own time, resources and did not slander the company in anyway on this website. Life goes on to another day.
