Millreef you got that right , But also service comes into account if was price alone then Linde,Toyota ect would never get ride of any trucks and every one would use Chinese trucks If Impact do take on the Cat Dealership and go national then they would be better looking at the service engineers at briggs instead of the sales team.But again i think MCFE would be better going it alone with a good dealer network maybe using Impact for Mitsi as a national dealer then using the dealer network as sub dealers. One thing is for sure though Briggs will have there work cut out trying to push Yale.
