On the same day the staff of Toyota Material Handling UK Castleford depot receive their 90 day redundancy notice they also got news of a 2 and a half percent pay rise across the company.Whats going on there ???

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
