I have a Raymond 20i-R30TT, serial number 020D-92-33798 with no hi-speed for the first 10-20min of key-on. Key off will restart the symptom every time, when hi-speed picks up again truck runs as normal until the next keystart.
All the boxes were replaced with new units (before the job was passed to me) and the local Raymond dealer spent 40 hrs. diagnosing the problem before recommending a complete new wiring harness (doesn't look too busted-up to me). I dont have any other information as I havent torn into it yet, myself. Any ideas?
