Speaking from first hand experience since the Toyota BT merger things havent looked good for Toyota Castleford.
The staff has been gradually reduced by redundancies,systems put in place that clearly do not work.
Its obvious BT want Toyota out of the picture altogether.
How can you justify closing down a purpose built 10 yr old depot and then spend £4million extending an older depot??
