Warren M; I think that your shopping prowess is getting the best of you.
Although I prefer to buy locally, I find I pay an average of 4 times more locally than what I can buy parts from a forklift parts supplier.
Example: A Clark transmission filter list price is about $27.50
Local parts store #1- $44.00
Local parts store #2- $55.00
I priced out a Hyster seal for a customer yesterday.
Hyster list price $5.65
He got quoted $25.00 from a local parts store.

As a dealer, I don't know of one local automotive parts store that has the fogiest notion of sourcing any forklift truck part.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
