We cannot seem to get any brake pedal resistance. We have changed the brake master cylinder 2 times. The system has two master cylinders one for the brakes and one for the inching. All the parts at the wheel end are new- Wheel cylinders, axle seals and shoes. There are no leaks. We have tried a power bleeder. We have a hard time believing that we have recieved two bad master cylinders in a row. Anyone out there with a suggestion of what we are missing.
