when you say "jerks when lifting";
is it only when loaded, or unloaded,
is it staging correctly?
is this a 2, 3, 4 stage mast?
is it the carriage that bounces,
and how much is each jerk, 5 inches? a foot? 1/2 inch shudders?
does it do it once and that is it for the hour or every 4 times you lift above 6 inches off the ground?

by the way, I heard that time spent fishing does not count against your allotted time on earth...
