There wouldn't be stops on the mast but there is inside the tilt cylinder. Different sized spacers are used to limit how far forward it will tilt, or no spacer would allow for max. tilt forward. You have to take the tilt cylinders apart to remove or change them. As for tilting back, all you can do is screw the clevis mounts as far as possible on to the shafts to make it pull the mast back more.
