THIS UNIT HAS AN EV-1 SYSTEM. with out load truck runs just fine when wheels touch the ground it acts like the brakes are lock up and the motors pulse back and forth. Components changed already ev-1 card rec #2, compasitor, rec 23 and both snubb filters and potenometer still same problem. Has anyone came across this problem and what was the fix?
