Function Volts in neutral Volts in foward Volts in reverse

TB11-1 Accelerator input 3.5 to 4V
TB11-2 ?
TB11-3 ?
TB11-4 ?
TB11-5 Foward input Batt voltage
TB11-6 Reverse input Batt voltage

Can you help me in filling this table?
