I removed the chains and the carriage lowers with no problem, the cilinder does not lower i disconnect the hidraulic hose from the control valve and the cilinder itself, and it will not lower i have to add weight in order for the cilinder to lower, Is there a check valve inside the cilinder? or is the packing keeping it from lowering?any suggestion before i repack the cilinder? it lifts ok and does not leak.....
